TM1 Contributor - approval heirachy is being used

.. by another application. Anyone else get this? I'm trying to deploy a contributor application and I get this error "The approval hierarchy is being used by another application."

Has anyone found an easy way to clear all Contributor history / start a new?

I have tried copying in a fresh TM1 server without the control objects, and also re-creating the tomcat application from the war file with no luck.

Looking at the server, those Contributor control object re-appear.

Process tp_admin_delete_all cleans it up - thanks JW

I am new to TM1. Can you explain a little more details on how to run }tp_admin_delete_all?

Display > control objects & you will see the process }tp_admin_delete_all, note the script deletes all the contributor control cubes & dims. Handy if you want to start afresh.

Are you using contributor over this model?

Yes, I had created a contributor application using this model on the server. I copied the whole model to another machine and tried to created another contributor there, but received the error message. Thank you for your time.
