TM1 Web 10.2 No Username displayed

Hi Folks,
Just want to ask if this is an overall issue or if it is just me who encounters this.
We just installed TM1 10.2 and configured it to use Cognos Security. But it does not seem to display my username when I connect.
This is single sign-on.

It seems there are some issue with tm1 10.2 web sso..

My team hasn't taken the chance to directly raise a PMR for this.

Facing the same issue with TM1 10.2.1. installation.

Can confirm this is fixed in TM1 10.2.2 also issue does not arise with CAM Security enabled.

10.2.2 didn't solve it for us..
Anyone has idea in how to fix it?

I just rechecked TM1 10.2 FP2 IF1 and TM1 10.2.2 FP2.
It worked for both versions and for native and Windows authentication in IE8 + IE9 (IntegratedSecurityMode=2).
Did you apply the latest Fixes?

integratedsecurityMode = 5

Username issue will be resolved in TM1 10.2.2 FP3

Fix pack 3 solve the user name issue but if you are using perspective you will face issue with fix pack 3. Also cafe with security mode 5 is not working with fix pack 3
