Cognos Express Adding/Editing users issue

Hi all,
I hope u can help me with this issue I'm meeting in Cognos Express Manager v 10.1.0.
The problem is that I cannot add new cognos express users because in Add User window no available Cognos roles/groups are displayed :

I already have some users in manager (except Cognos Express Administrator), since I restored a cx backup from another install (same version) on my virtual machine, where I had created them.
Even with these existing users, if I try to Edit them, I get this:

Apart from this, security is working fine and existing users access and see what they should see in Cognos Connection. In Security in Cognos Administration, I see all groups and roles I should see (I imported a deployment from my VM environment here, too).
But I cannot add new users or edit existing ones.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

PS : in second image, the phrase near the warning is in Italian, the translation is : An error has occurred

Hi again,
I solved the issue by deleting/renaming duplicate groups/roles/folders I had in Cognos namespace.
IBM support confirmed that duplicate entries in cognos namespace cause problems in resolving entries when showing them in Add/Edit users.
This happens with 10.1, they say that with future release 10.2 it is fixed.
