Hi ,

My Cognos TM1 Perspective is NOT working.
It is hanging after the pop-up "Enable Macros"

I am also using a 32-bit Microsoft Office.

Any advice.

Have you tried applying FP1 for 10.1.1?

I'm not seeing any hang there; the title bar of Excel doesn't seem to be ghosted. I'm not sure what the icon on the task bar to the left of Excel is; whether it's Server Explorer or a local server session. More likely the latter I imagine given that I don't see either a TM1 tab or an Addins tab on the ribbon.

Did you actually install TM1 client on this machine? As in, not just put the folder containing the .xla on the C:\ drive somewhere and then tried to open it, but actually ran the installation package selecting the Client application as part of that install? Did you do the install with Administrator rights? If the answer to either of these is no, I'd suggest doing that.

I have installed the TM1 Client using Admin Rights.
Its working fine now.
