Dear All:
When i open a excel file from tm1web,and slice,snapshot to excel ,or export to PDF,then a Pop-up window happened."Cannont conenct to TM1 ExcelSercives: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it .Server IP:4785".
But,i can slice a view to excel use TM1-Perspectives.
TM1 version : 9.5,Excel : 2003,OS : 2003 SP3,IIS : 6.0.

Check that the service "Tm1 Excel Service" is up and running on the server.

When i run the service "TM1Excel Service" from "TM1/bin/TM1ExcelServer.exe",Pop-up window just like then image from accessories.

I was Solved this problem,because when i running the TM1Web,I was killed the "TM1ExcelService.exe" server.
First learn TM1Web,getting started with difficulty!
