TM1 Forum

Hi All

I am trying to install TM1 9.5.1 as stand alone on my PC. I am using the wizard to install perspectives.

I then connect perspectives to excel as an add on.

BUT...when TM1 tries to launch, it gets stuck on the introduction screen. This is very annoying as I have installed other versions of perspectives without issues.

any advice would be appreciated

2 ideas to check in the TM1 option:
Admin Host: is there any remote server listed there?
Connect to Local server at startup: is this option turned off?

You can also try a search for "tm1p.ini" issues on this forum.

If your Admin Host has an entry for a previous version of the server somewhere you get this "effect".
