Hi All,
Would appreciate your advice on how to remove the message "please purchase PDFcamp printer on
http://www.verypdf.com/ to remove this watermark".
Thanks in advance

Kaveenga,
First of all your should not be getting any Watermarks by PDFCamp. The version of PDFCamp which you get with TM1 is registered and should not place and kind of watermarks on your PDF files.
Which version of PDFCamp you are using? As far as I know you will only get this water mark if you have installed the unregistered version of PDFCamp PRO
Attached is a sample PDF file created using PDFCamp on my personal computer.

Hi Rizwan,
Thank you for your reply. We have PDFCamp Pro installed on our PCs, and the only way that got installed was because of TM1.
We are in the process of upgrading to TM1 9.5 and would like to rectify this. Would appreciate your thoughts.
Kind regards
Kavee

i encountered a while ago some problems with the 9.4 installer - on some computers the license has not been installed.
but on some it worked, so i exported the license key out of the registry and imported it on the pc w/o license.. worked
maybe try this if you have a pc with working license or ask the ibm support for the appropriate reg key
(or just try to reinstall tm1..)

Are you in 32bit or 64 bit environment?
Sometimes in 64-bit environment you have to install the 64-bit version of PDFCamp. Have you checked the PDFCamp folder if it is missing any files? See the attached screens for the list of files you should have.
Also please check the PDFCamp printer properties (as shown in the attachments). It should say that it is the registered copy.
Else try reinstalling TM1.

Hi Rizwan,
Many thanks for your email. The reg key was found in the RegNo.reg file. However, I have emailed IBM asking for confirmation that entering the reg key found in this file will not breach any licence agreements.
Thanks again for your assistance.
Kind regards
Kavee
