The TM1 Recommended Practices Repository contains articles and tips for optimizing your TM1 data models, written by Applix field personnel who practice the craft every day around the world. This information extends and complements the Applix TM1 documentation set.
The Recommended Practices site is organized in three major sections:
• TM1 Internals describes how to tune your TM1 Server for optimum performance. These articles, many of which were written by TM1 lead architect Manny Perez, describe how TM1 stores, moves, and manipulates your data behind the scenes. The articles also provide tips for taking advantage of many of the lesser-known features of TM1.
• TM1 Application Development discusses some powerful techniques for building robust applications that access and publish your TM1 data.
• TM1 Installation Issues provides tips for installing and upgrading TM1.
