Hi All,

When I am trying to access the Architect from the Pre production environment I am getting the below mentioned error.

TM1 Version: 9.1 SP3
Microsoft: Windows 2003

Please look into the screen shot attached.

Hi Ashish,

Based on the error message I assume you're trying to start the Architect through a shortcut. Possibly the path to the executable in the shortcut is not correct.
If you right-click on the shortcut, select Properties and click on 'Open File Location', does this guide you to the tm1a.exe or does this lead to an error message?
