Hi friends,

I have problems accessing pmpsvc over the internet.
Within the local network, everything works: tm1web, pmpsvc, architect, modeler, perspectives.

http://{ip_address}:9510/tm1web -> works, I can access views, cubes
http://{ip_address}:9510/pmpsvc -> Could not log on to any of the available servers with available credentials

tm1s.cfg parameters
IntegratedSecurityMode=1

I did open the following ports:
9500 - main port
5495 - TM1 Admin Host
5498 - TM1 SSL server​
93000 Dispatcher

Am I missing ports? Any tips?

You need to check with your IT department. The security credentials (hand shakes etc) tend to be more aggressive for outside access. Is the server even available to the web? Most servers I work with have no net access,

I can access http://{ip_address}:9510/tm1web from external access.
Is it just pmpsvc that is not working from external access.

It may be a script that's being blocked? This may be one for IBM. Support will have a better idea of how to log such things.
