Hello All,

I have created a new tm1 server instance through cognos configuration. Now it is created and displaying in tm1 architect. But when i am trying to access it by clicking on it, it does not respond.

Do i need to add the users at first or will it open automatically using integrated login.

Can anyone help me how to access newly created tm1 server instance, i have just created from cognos configuration by copying the config file of other instance.How to approach it.

How have you configured the security? Which mode 1-5? Are you using CAM? You need to give us much more details,

What about port numbers - are they unique ?

What version? Using SSL? Certificates updated if 10.2?

2) Did you use an existing data folder ? If yes, then you should use the user/password from that server.

Hello,

Step 1 is already done, and it is showing the server name under tm1 admin server in architect.

But when i double click it it is not showing anything.

I have used data folder from other server instance, hiw to use user/ password from the server.

My integratedsecuritymode is 1 .

Did you change the PortNumber ?

A quick google search and I found this : Client shows list of TM1 Servers but cannot connect to any of them
