Hi,

I have installed the TM1 10.2.2 version ( Windows 10 OS) and installed the SSL certificates also. The architect and perspective is working fine but when I open the TM1 performance modeler , it is throwing errors. For the default server, Planning sample as " Unable to connect to the Planning service" and for another server as "could not login to any available Servers with the provided credentials. Could you please tell me what is the issue, even when the architect , perspective is working fine with the same login. Attached are the screenshots.

Tried the below options but it is not working. When i login with planning Sample server, it allows login and i can see the server but when click ok then it throws the error " Unable to connect to the Planning service"
1.Increase the Max Connections value to allow user to open more connections to the TM1 server.
2.Login into Architect and open each view and the ones that do not open should be deleted.

Is the TM1 server available in applications portal? Is the server name available in your XML configuration file(s)

i have tried the given option but still couldn't succeed. I got the attached warning error and I had updated the tm1s.cfg file also with below options. But Still it throws the error as " unable to connect to the planning service". I tried to connect to another server also but it throws the same error as " unable to connect to the planning service"

AllowSeparateNandCRules=T
DistributedPlanningOutputDir=C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\samples\tm1\PlanSamp\tunit
ForceReevalutionOfFeedersForFedCellsOnDataChange=T

Could it be a typo? You're missing an a.

ForceReevaluationOfFeedersForFedCellsOnDataChange

Hi krithika331,

I've had very similar issues at a clients, it was an install problem for us.

What we did to fix it was to

A)Uninstall the TM1 application (making sure that you have all your TM1 models saved somewhere safe).

B)We then made sure that the TM1 folder was removed completely from the C:\Program_files\IBM folder as we have had models lurking there after an uninstall.

C)Set the clock on the server back to when the Install SSL certificates were valid (eg just set the time back on the server to say middle of last year 1/6/2016).

D) Install TM1 and PM will install correctly.

E) Move the clock forward again to the correct time.

F) Then apply the SSL updates.

It worked for us but it was a new vanilla install, so maybe something to try if all else fails

Good luck dude.
