Problem with HTTPS / SSL FixPack4

Hi, since I installed FP4 HTTPS is not working anymore. I tried on two server and reinstalled the whole software again. But application still not starting, does anybody know this error?
Message : The service did not report an error.

Looks like you run into the APAR PI50105:

Is your TM1 Application Server (by default the Tomcat shipped with and installed by the TM1 server software) configured for HTTPS ?
- Open TM1 Cognos Configuration.
- Select TM1 Application Server
- On the right hand side for TM1 Application Server Gateway URI, what is the URL ?
Is it something like "
http://localhost:9510" ?
Or is it something like "
https://localhost:9510" note the
https ?

HTTPS already worked with FP3.
The server are
https://localhost:9514
Unfortunately i cannot access the IBM APAR, but it sounds to me as it was my problem.
