CX Upgrade to 10.2.2

Hi All,
Wondered if any forumites have started looking into upgrading their CX environment to 10.2.2 which I believe is now fully aligned with TM1 Enterprise in terms of what gets installed with the disappearance of CX Manager.
Would be helpful if anyone can shed some light on the following:
1, With the upgraded version are we able to fully utilise the option to launch multiple TM1 Instances on the same physical server
2, With the loss of the Backup And Restore functionality of CX Manager how much of a pain will it be to bring up the 10.2.1 model in 10.2.2. Only really concerned with the applications side of things, Would think that the TM1 instance should be straight forward copy of the data directory.
3. We would need to change authentication type and possibly utilise TM1 Native authentication for now rather than AD. Is there a quick process to convert the Rights setup within Application?
2, (Not directly related to the upgrade) but how does the CX limit of 50 read/Write Users and 50 Read Only split. Could you have all 100 users on TM1 with 50 of them restricted to a Read Only group, or are the 50 Read Only only allowed via the BI Interface.
