Does anyone 8-) here familiarize with TM1 on AIX server :?:
May I know how to solve the problem below :?:

Problem:
The system showed the following message when I opened Cognos Configuration (cogconfig.sh)
A fatal error occurred. Unable to run the application.
An exception occurred.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: JCAM_Crypto_JNI (0509-022 Cannot load module ../bin64/libJCAM_Crypto_JNI.so.
0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format.)
You should re-install the software.
Action Taken:
  • Read the installation guide (actually, few relating to AIX)
Installed the TM1 on AIX (issetup.sh)
    Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable (etc/profile) (Java6)
    Read the "reference"
Add the tm1_64/bin64 path to PATH environment variable (does not contain any path relating to tm1 before)

Solution
It was discovered that the java at JAVA_HOME is 32-bit.
The above problem is solved after:
  • Installing Java7_64
    Changing the JAVA_HOME
Changing the TM1 Server Instance path to the actual mount point
Another problem:
My TM1 Architect could show the TM1 Servers but could not login to them.
Solution
Make sure all the following port numbers have been opened:
  • 5495 - TM1 Admin Host
    5498 - TM1 SSL Server
    12399 - TM1 Models 1
    45557 - TM1 Models 2
    9510 - TM1 Web
