Hello All,
Hope every one is doing to there best.
We are in to TM1 10.2.2 Fp1 family from 10.1.1.
Installed the TM1 10.2.2 on W 2008 R2 Enterprise edition 64 bit. Single server installation.
Things are working fine. But except Dimension and subset editor hangs with white screen and popups with close options as below attachments.
So required your help in solving the same. Please read the below problem more in detail.
1. When you edit the dimension editor by click on the dimension name in Architect. And when you use Windows+up arrow or just up arrow or down arrow. Immediately the architect goes in to White screen. When ever you press the mouse then it shows the close window popup as shown in attachments.
2. same problem repeats with subset editor.Click on the subset and enter opens the new subset editor. But when you use shortcuts like Windows+up arrow or just up arrow or down arrow Immediately the architect goes in to White screen. When ever you press the mouse then it shows the close window popup as shown in attachments.
All the windows like cube, view and process are working fine with all short cuts.
Now need your help and to confirm the 100% successful installation. I need to sort out the above error.
Awaiting very eagerly for the same.

Doesn't look like architect is officially supported on Windows Server 2008 R2.

Actually this problem is not due to Windows 2008. It happens on WIn7 as well. Just get hit with this issue. Should be raising a PMR soon.

Re: Dimension Editor Hangs on when few shortcuts used on 10.
Me and Sankeerth have found an workaround for the issue raised.
Use the Architect (TM1a.exe) from bin folder after the installation. Architect from this folder is working fine and Advance Rule Editor can be used from this application.
By default the Architect points to bin64 folder in 64 bit installation. So create a short cut or pin to start menu from bin folder to use TM1a.exe every time.
Do check and revert back if you need any help.
