Cognos Insight - Connected

Hi,

I have a TM1 module (version 10.2.1) and try to connect using cognos insight 10.2.2 at client pc.
however it state system server not found.

I remote into the server use cognos insight to connect the tm1, it success.

However, i have closed all the firewall and added IPVersion=dual,IPAddress=127.0.0.1 into the tm1s.cfg file
still no luck.

please let me know if anythings I haven't try out ...

furthermore, performance modeler also unable to connect to the planning server.

Hi,
You need to downgrade your Internet Explorer for 10.

Hi tianoklein,

Sorry just wondering, Cognos Insight connect directly to the TM1 server do not go through Internet Explorer.
Do this still need downgrade it?

I know, It is a little stranger...But I did it and works fine to me. I believe the Cognos Insight use a MHT interface, or something like that...
