TM1 10.2.2 OpsConsole Issue

Hello Everyone,
I have installed TM1 10.2.2 on Win 8 64 bit machine, I'm facing below mentioned issues while accessing TM1 OpsConsole when accessing via Google Chrome.
1. Though I provide the Group Name information in Ops Configuration still I could see any drop down list for Group in log in page. OpsConsole Logging has only Namespace , User Name and Password.
2. Unable to see the operation group by others, for example in Planning Sample --> Security we have a group 'Admin' I'm part of that group and colleague of min is also part of that group. But whichever Operation Group is created by me is visible only to me, when the other person logs in to OpsConsole he cannot see any Group.
3. In OpsConsole when we right click on TM1Server --> Monitor --> Basic and the select Log to Disk, where these files gets stored on drive.
4.After verifying the admin access when I right click on TM1Server --> Start Performance Monitor, I get a error message 'Performance Monitoring Error' and when I try to look for Performance Statistics , though the server is online , it give a error: Server is offline.
5.When I monitor a TM1 Server, I see a couple of Thread ID's which has User as ??? and state is Run:R, I tried to cancel these threads but it throws an error 'Cannot be cancelled' and I do not have any scheduled chores on the TM1 Server, what are these ??? how can I cancel these.
Please help me to fix the below issues
