Hello,
Could anybody please let me know, what all the changes to the models in the architect requires re-deployment of application to tm1 web to make it available for users?
Since it is not clear in the ibm documentation, can anyone please suggest?
Thanks

You really need to read the assistance guidlines and give us a lot more details than this. Your post gives everybody only a slight glimpse at what you're trying to do.

is it Contributor or really TM1 Web?
If contributor, what type of app with what kind of objects (views, websheets), if tm1 web then do you have websheets and/or cube views, do you use the application folder?

ok Jim, i'll give a picture what i'm looking for..
we deployed the applications using performance modeler and every time if we do some changes in the models in architect then we are re-deploying the applications.
Now what i would like to understand is,is there any document which explains us that only these changes to the models needs redeployment of applications?
Any thoughts on this is much helpful..
Thanks

If I understand correctly, you are searching for any TM1 documentation that lists:
(1) activities or tasks (such as grant read access to an element) you perform in Architect that require re-deployment of TM1 Web application in Performance Modeler
(2) activities or tasks you perform in Architect that DO NOT require re-deployment of TM1 Web application (TM1 Web App automatically picks up those changes) in Performance Modeler
Please confirm.

for example you do not need to re-deploy when you change views or subsets that already exist in the app

I have not seen any documentation on this topic.
Based on my experience thus far, most changes (adding a new element in a deployed view, updating element level security, adding new elements to a subset, adding rights to a node, etc.) won’t require redeployment. If you add a new view to an app, then you have to redeploy the app.
