TM1 Contributor Installation on XP

Hi all,
I am having a issue with the TM1 Conributor installation- cannot open the Contributor admin (see scree-print).

I had a PMR with Cognos support and they could not find a solution for me and pointed out the XP is not a supported platform for Contributor. I wonder if there is anyone successfully installed/configured the TM1 9.5 Contributor in the XP machine. I used WebSphere Application Server Community Edition Version instead Tomcat to deploy the appliation.

Hi David...I have installed 9.5 Contrib on XP a few times now. I've used Apache/Tomcat each time and it's worked fine.

I have installed TM1 9.5 Contributor on Windows 2003 (SP2) with Apache and it works fine.

If you have deployed Contributor over Apache then make sure you have made following changes to the tomcat-users.xml file.

You have to first uninstall the WebSphere before installing Apache.
