Post by SBK88 »

Hey Guyzz, need your help and guidance

I have updated my TM1 server with the updated certificates.
Now the prob is I am not able to login to any of the TM1 server through ARCHITECT, but after updating the Certificate Authority path in perspective and TM1p.ini I can login through perspective.

Need Help

Thanks,

There is already a large thread about the SSL change. Have you gone through that at all?

Need Help
1) Have you installed both Architect and Perspective at same location?
If no. then you must have to update the licensing certificate at both places. One might be on server and another might be on your local machine.

I raised the above question as the licensing update steps for both Architect and Perspective are same.

2) If you are accessing both from your local machine then

Copy those 7 licensing files, go to prog or prog86>ibm>cognos>tm1>bin>ssl>paste all files
Right Click on uninstall file to run as an administrator
Now, Right Click on Import license file to run as an administrator

Now you should be good with your Architect and Perspective Access.
