Hi All,
I am running into an issue where I cannot have 2 tabs open in chrome where both point to separate admin hosts when viewing stats within operation console.
We also have the same issue in perspectives where we cannot see more than 1 tm1 server from separate admin hosts. If we do we encounter the following error as well:
*********************************************************************************************
DPR-ERR-2107 - The User Capabilities Cache cookie cannot be decoded.
*********************************************************************************************
To fix the issue we have clear out history within Chrome when wanting to view another host operation console every time. I thought I stumbled across something the other day
in the manual to sort this of thing out.
Can someone please provide a fix / link so I can sort this out?
Cheers
Zark

Hi, I haven't encountered your problem when using ops console but you mean you have this issue when adding another admin host in this way?

Re: Multiple Operation Console Windows ( pointing to Different Servers ) - DPR-ERR-2107
Hi, Not sure if this will help...it is pretty vague. I have had this error msg when logging into BI TM1 instances. After logging into the first instance when I tried to get onto another instance on a different box I would get that msg. I was told that the "web login thing" is remembering the first box name and defaulting to it on the next attempt.
I was able to prevent this behaviour by changing an option in IE but I can't for the life of me see it in the IE have in front of me. It was something like "Don't re use existing connections" or "Stop remembering stuff.."
Not sure if this will give you a clue to find something similar in Chrome.
Cheers,
