Hi.
I'm encountering an error, where I can't access Architect with an error message ""The maximum amount of login attempts has been exceeded" but the thing is I can access Insight. My TM1 is connected to the server and I already restart my TM1 Service.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes. We tried resetting it but it didn't work as well. But anyway, thanks for the help. I already found the solution. We turned off the main server, and restart the TM1 Service, changed the password again, and it worked.jim wood wrote:Have you tried resetting your password?
