TM1web 10.2 can't export websheets

Hi All,

Has anyone had the following issue.
When trying to export any active form or websheet in tM1web 10.2.1 to either excel or pdf I get the following at the bottom of the page and no file is downloaded or nothing really happens.

However when exporting a cube view it all works fine.
This websheet used to run without a problem before upgrading from TM1 10.1.

In some other websheets I can't export to pdf or excel at all. As you can see below whether I select a tittle dimension or not the "ok" button is actually grayed out

Just to add, I just checked the Tm1web logs and I can see the following error: ERROR () com.ibm.cognos.tm1.websheet.ActiveForm - Number of rows is 0

I don't understand why it gets 0 rows especially if the websheet is a static report.

There are many Interim Fixes for TM1 10.2 FP1, addressing issues like ---
IF1/IF2: PI10206 TM1Web: Websheet-Export to Excel (Snapshot and Slice) and PDF do not work correctly
IF5: PI12236 Data not appearing in tm1web for active form.
Unfortunately most of the Fixes do not appear in the public download area, so you need to open a service request describing your problem(s) to get access to them. Another option would be to move ahead to 10.2.2, but this comes along with new features, which might be a risk again.

I realize this is an old post, but I came across it while I was experiencing the same issue in 10.2.2 FP3. The report rendered on the web and in perspectives, but when I tried to export I ran into the same "Exporting Page 1 of 1" status that didn't go anywhere.

Turns out I had a bad TM1RPTTITLE formula (it read "TTM1RPTTITLE"... so many Ts) that prevented the report from exporting. This did not cause any problems in 10.1 but apparently 10.2 is pickier.

This may not be your exact issue, but the moral of the story is make sure all of your formulas are spot on. This would have prevented me three weeks of hair tearing out.

Thank you for your kind reply.
It is indeed a very good point and I will keep an eye on it. However in my case the problem was rectified when we migrated from TM1 (cognos express) to Tm1 Enterprise 10.2 FP3.
Once again thank you for sharing the info
