9 times out of 10 with a failed service installation I would look at the config file but in your specific case the first thing that jumped out at me is:
OpenSCManager failed - (0x5) Access is denied.
My first port of call in this case would be to check and see if the config manager has access to install a service, I am assuming you just double-clicked and opened it up, I would recommend a right-click run as admin to see what happens.

I've had issues in the past with windows services. Recreating a service doesn't awlays work as it should. Remove it and then make sure that the service has been fully removed in the registry. Then create a new empty service and drop your CFG file in. Amend the CFG and if your service doesn't start then it's a setting issue. If it does start, drip feed your files in to eliminate any corrupt files. Hopefully by the end of all this you'll have a working service.
