Can't commit data

We have recently upgraded from TM1 9.5.2 to 10.1.1 and I am trying to put some dummy data in to the cube,when i insert values in the cell against different combination on different department id and click the recalculate the values turns to zero ,when i check at aggregated level it is zero too.There must be something i am doing wrong here or it could be due to upgrade.Thanks a lot.

Please read the request for assistance guidelines and then try and rephrase your question. You should state what you have already done to investigate the issue.

Also, would you be so kind as to state if you are an end user of TM1 - that means you are working for a company who has bought the tool. Or, are you a consultant/ contractor working for a company in a development and/or support capacity?

In my opinion you are doing something wrong. As stand-alone functionality, entering data in the cube is extremely basic functionality which is extremely unlikely to be affected by an upgrade.
