incorrect }StatsByCube values?

Post by ioscat »

Hello, community!
Got a strange behaviour while developing model. Number of fed cells in }StatsByCube is zero while values are normally aggregated at consolidated levels.
How is it possible?

This might be a little too obvious, but perhaps you have skipcheck turned off?

no, therea are about 10^(8 or 10) cells, so if skipcheck was switched off i won't be able to get any result at top level. When i fill manually source cube (where feeders are fired from) stats by cube show numbers correctly, but after restart i get this one from first post.

I believe that this is what was being referred to.

Also discussed here.

I haven't checked whether it's still borked in 10.1 yet but it wouldn't surprise me; it doesn't involve semi-transparent multi-coloured fly-outs that look kewl in potential customer demos, so who needs to bother fixing or updating core functionality?

I believe that Darkhorse's point was that if some }Stats operations are broken, it's not impossible that others are.
