TM1 Web and CAM Single Sign On.

Post by jim wood »

Chaps,

When you set CAM single sign on does TM1 Web behave in teh same way as Architect or teh Excel Addin? The reason I ask is that when you have BI linked to windows containers and you have CAM security set in TM1 you are not prmpted for a password when opening Architect. I am however not sure if Web will behave in teh same as it hjas it's own API,

Jim.

Hey Jim,
Is this in Tm1 enterprise?
I have setup CAM SSO in Cognos express using
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/data/ ... ml?ca=drs-

So I can check TM1 web in there if you want.. not sure if it will be the same.

Hi James,

It is enterprise and not express. I'm not sure if they will behave differently. If you could have a look that would be great though,

Jim.

Yes, it functions pretty much the same. You goto the login page and click the login button and there is no request for a username or password. Is that what you mean?
