Session Time Out
I know this might be a stupid question...but what are the other reason that TM1 Web Session Time Out...check the Web Config on TM1 Web set it for 10 hours and it still times out. Had the admin check any Server related configuration and he said he adjusted the time out session. What are the items I should take into consideration for the session time out.

How to you specify the TM1 Web Server in your URL ?
By IP Address ? For instance "http://10.110.10.186/TM1Web" ?
By hostname ? For instance "http://tm1webserver/TM1Web" ?
Fy FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) ? For instance "http://tm1webserver.us.domain.com/TM1Web" ?
If you are using either hostname or FQDN, does your hostname have an underscore ? For instance "http://tm1web_server/TM1Web" ?
If so, check the IBM Technote 1458105 ->

Problem(Abstract)
Whenever a user logs into TM1Web the session immediately (falsely) times out.
Cause
The web server has an underscore in the machine name.
By IP Address ? For instance "http://10.110.10.186/TM1Web" ?
By hostname ? For instance "http://tm1webserver/TM1Web" ?
