Dear,
We are currently having some trouble with the subset language setting in TM1 web. Whenever we want to work with a subset, the "(Ohne Namen)" text appear and if we did not select an alias then we get the "kein alias ausgewahlt" (see attachment). Is there a way to change the settings so that these text will always be in English?
Thanks,
Arnaud.

Re: TM1 Web in German
Hello Nils,
I checked our settings and we only have English available as a language (see attachment).
Now the problem is even getting weirder as since yesterday the language has been back to English. It also happened in the past that the language was set to Spanish or other languages.
Is there something else I can check to fix this issue?
Thanks,
Arnaud.

Re: TM1 Web in German
Do you have anyone that would be setting their IE to German?
We had this issue popup when we brought our French Canadian location online. Some of our sites in the US started seeing the subset editor in French (and the same behavior of fixing itself). We worked with IBM support but they were never able to tell us what was wrong. We did not find a solution. For other reasons we migrated to citrix and it was not a problem through the client.
The eventually came back and said they thought it was a caching issue. That is the best we could get out of them.

Re: TM1 Web in German
Hello Arnaud,
you are using "English (United Kingdom) [en_gb]" as the primary language in your web browser settings. What happens if you switch the primary language to "English (United States) [en_us]" ?
Same for French:
What happens if you switch the primary language from "French (Canada) [fr_ca]" to "French (France) [fr_fr]" ?
Maybe what you see is related to the IBM Technote 1460927 ->
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21460927
To open a new websheet in the MS Internet Explorer browser fails with the culture settings error message
Cause
In the language settings of the MS IE browser the language "German (Austria) [de-AT]" respectively "Deutsch (Österreich) [de-AT]" had been set as the primary language instead of "German (Germany) [de-DE]" respectively "Deutsch (Deutschland) [de-DE]".

Re: TM1 Web in German
Dear,
I changed my internet setup in line with last post (and IBM technote) but unfortunately the issue is still there (except that now the language has been set to french). Is there something else worth trying?
Thanks,
Arnaud.
