One user has reported that Cognos Planning Manager,Analyst and Contributor is not opening,This happens for the second time,We have Bounce the services in the particular order the issue resolves,Do we are doing the right thing or is there any other resolution,We have checked all the things all the services were up in Cognos EP still that issue is not resolving finally we have to Bounce the services and the issue resolved.
Do any of you face such an issue in Cognos EP?
