hi,
I installed Tm1operation console and using our own Tomcat I have followed all the steps given in the link

We are unable to resolve the error "None of the server is contactible" as soon as I select adminhost this error pops up despite i have imported all certificates to jre location via keystore cmd prompt,I have also disable the script in internet explorer,I worked on this from last one week but still i have not reached to any conclusion.
We are writing the adminhostname,server,Groupname in tm1ops.config file.
I have tried with the provided version of tomcat also but then also it is not working same error it is throwing.

Does the opsconsol screen actually open?

If so does the error appear when you try adding in the admin server? If so are you adding an IP address as the admin server or a name/localhost... if so I'd recommend using an IP address.

I seem to recall the config file allowing "localhost" but then when you add it into the console you need to specify the IP address.


Failing that it would be useful if you provided the parameters you have specified in the file.

Yes OPS Console screen opens,I tried to add IP address for ADMINHOST in opsConfig.xml but still the same error as soon as i select the adminhost as an IP address error pops up "None of the servers are contactible".I tried to restart the machine also then also problem is not resolving.
