TM1 service memory increases during opening TM1 Contributor
I open TM1 Contributor
I do nothing in TM1 Contributor
TM1 service memory growing
For 3-4 sessions TM1 service memory can increased by 1-5 Mb
We have 100 users.
All users will open TM1 Contributor and wil do nothing in TM1 Contributor, when TM1 service memory can increased by 100-500 Mb!
Is this normal?

Re: TM1 service memory increases during opening TM1 Contribu
To answer your question, yes it is normal for memory usage to go up in TM1 when you actually use it, meaning open cubes and read from them. That's what happens in a MOLAP tool like TM1. Contributor is just another user interface for reading from and writing to cubes so as you use it, memory will be consumed. It is going to be a little more memory intensive than just native TM1 because you've got the approval hierarchy to deal with and the caching will not be as effective (because you now have to cache each approver's data).

To add to Tomok's point, when you open the interface and examine the workflow, all of the workflow information is held within control cubes in TM1, so when you open this interface you are in fact opening cubes within TM1,
