You start by buying yourself a packet of balloons and blowing them up to the size of the prior year's actuals.

Then, very carefully, you open them up and insert 4.5% more (not a bit over, not a bit under, but exactly 4.5% more) molecules than they originally had in them.

Then, and this is the easy bit, you place the balloons next to the TI editor, and let all of the air gush out of them and straight into the Data tab.

Finally, and this is the really important bit, you lay out the deflated balloons in a neat row, find yourself a comfortable chair, and read the Request For Assistance Guidelines, in particular the one that says:
6) Give a brief outline of what you've done to find the answer; which manuals or guides you've looked in, what tests you've done. ... At a minimum, you should ensure that you browse the FAQ thread and use the search box in the top right to see whether there is already a solution to your problem. Also, please don't ask very basic questions about how to do things in TurboIntegrator or Rules without at least looking through the relevant functions in the Reference Guide.
There should also be one in there about how we're here to give people a hand, but not so much to just do their work for them. However there isn't one, yet at least. But I'd hope that it's reasonably implied from the above.
