Number signs in TM1 Websheet 10.2

Hi!
Here again to ask for idea/ help. We have published some Excel reports (DBRW-driven) in the Applications node in the TM1 Server Explorer.
We are able to view these Excel reports in the TM1 Web.
The only matter is, by the moment we try to select a report to view, the Excel report shows the cells with so many number signs (#####).
It will only show the real numbers after we recalculate (via the button) or when we scroll up-and-down.
I am using TM1 10.2
Does anyone know a way to eliminate these number signs?
