Hello All,
I am new to TM1 tool,I need your help.
I am doing POC on TM1, in that below data I am using.
  • Product INGCountry EDCountry EDPrice Formula Used
Product 1 Algeria France 10 Average
Product 1 Algeria Italy 20 Average
Product 1 Algeria Morocco 14 Average
Product 1 Algeria Netherlands 34 Average
Product 1 Algeria Spain 29 Average
Product 1 Algeria Tunisia 45 Average
Product 1 Algeria United Kingdom 23 Average
    Product 1 Bahrain Algeria 25 2nd Lowest
    Product 1 Bahrain Argentina 30 2nd Lowest
In above data If Algeria Country has Formula as "Average" so all the EDPrice values coming under Algeria should become Average i.e. 25 and if Bahrain formula is "2nd lowest" so value should be 25.
These values will get stored in other element.

I am really not sure how to use rules, which columns should be in dimensions and which should be use as data for above requirement as requirement is very generic.
Formulas can be changed,Number of EDCountries can be changed,so everything should be dynamic.

Anyone can help me on this :?

The question has a ring of 'help me do my job even though I am completely out of my depth'. Also there are several questions rolled into one such as what the dimensions should be, which columns in the dataset are actually data and whether use of TM1 rules would be appropriate. That's quite a lot of questions to roll into one.

People tend to answer questions that have a ring of 'help me with this technical problem I am stuck on, even though I've tried a couple of things already'...

The OP should check the guidelines to follow when requesting assistance.
