We have a TM1 cube where all the 'Accounts' details are availbale. But when we published that as a package in Cognos some 'Accounts' memebers are not available. Please help what could be the issue..!!!

Which studio are you seeing this behavior?

One thing that jumps out is, whether there is any security on the Accounts dim. It could be the reason.
