What do you mean by assessment?

If you mean performing a system check to see that their TM1 models are well designed to efficiently meet the customer's needs... they require a competent TM1 Consultant (not necessarily a Consultant but someone with a good understanding)

If someone who didn't have a good understanding wanted to approach it, I would recommend starting with 2 questions:
1/ Does it do what you want?
2/ Does it do it quickly and reliably?

You beat me to it. The client's main requirement is to ask the question "If you don't already know the answer to that, why are we hiring you?"
"To them, equipment failure is terrifying. To me, it’s 'Tuesday.' "
