TM1 Performance Modeler logs not generating

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to do some troubleshooting for Performance Modeler and I need to enable logging to gather some more information. I've followed the steps as per the attached document link to do so, however no logs are being generated at all. Does anyone know if I am perhaps missing a step or two, or if this is a known issue with TM1 log generation?
