Hi All,
I have a Customer who is trying to change dimensions in some cubes and this process works for some but with 3 in particular, it displays the following message:
Internal Application Problem
There was an internal application problem. Try to save your work and exit the application.
'com.cognos.utils.AssertionFailureException'
WHILE [CCLMsg: system text='While trying to remove a Dimension from the Cube']
Details:
com.ibm.cdf.pmui.utilities.BusyWaitUtilities$9.run(BusyWaitUtilities.java:270)
com.ibm.cdf.pmui.utilities.CustomBusyIndicator.showWhile(CustomBusyIndicator.java:63)
com.ibm.cdf.pmui.utilities.BusyWaitUtilities.showWhile(BusyWaitUtilities.java:139)
com.ibm.cdf.pmui.utilities.BusyWaitUtilities.runCubeOperation(BusyWaitUtilities.java:274)
.....
The only thing these 3 cubes have in common is that they contain links written for them which are rules links. I have asked the Customer for more information regarding these rules links, is there anything in particular that I should be looking for which would help answer why this issue is presenting itself? In addition, this whole environment has been upgraded recently to 10.2 and it is only since then that these issues have presented themselves.
Thanks in advance,
Dev
Internal Application Problem when changing dimensions
Re: Internal Application Problem when changing dimensions
hi,
I'm using TM1 10.2 and have the same problem with the performance modeler.
I cannot edit the cube and create object.
" com.cognos.utils.AssertionFailureException "
Is it a bug or because something incorrect on my tm1 model ?
