Hello,
I'm testing a bit with TM1 10.2. I installed it and it works fine. I copied a 9.5.2 model and created a Server in the Cognos Configuration. The Server starts all okay and in Perspectives and with the Architect is all running fine. I than tried to access it via TM1Web. The Homepage wich has SUBNMs and a couple of Actionbuttons displays well and even the SUBNM to select Parameters to the subsequent Websheets are working well.
When I press an Actionbutton wich should call another Websheet I get an error-message wich says that the file is not found. Even the logfile Shows the FileNotFoundException. But when I call the Websheet from the Navigation-bar it works. And if I press the Actionbutton in Excel with Perspectives it works too.
Any idea why this does not work in TM1Web? Maybe it is an issue with localisation? We have Windows and TM1 in german.
Thanks and best regards

Re: TM1 10.2 TM1Web Websheet not found
I have opened a couple of service requests with regard to non-english Web 10.2 (german and multiple other languages).
However, I did not come across your specific issue.
I could narrow down some of my findings by changing the browser language to english, which caused the error to disappear.
Regards
Gabor

Indeed. That caused the error to disappear. But unfortunately it's not a real solution because the customers doesn't want to Change the browser-language.
But thx for the hint!

You can either wait and retest with 10.2 FP1, which is supposed to be released "soon", or open a new SR.
I was told, that some of my PMR's will be solved with FP1, I did not receive such a confirmation for all of them. So I recommend option 2.

Thx for the advice. I'd like to do so but to be honest: I'm fairly new to TM1 and don't know how to open a SR!

Re: TM1 10.2 TM1Web Websheet not found
There are many things not working properly in 10.2 web and then a great many more things again not working for German language settings. Both of which are a deal breaker for us. Hopefully FP1 will fix enough of the issues to be able to roll it out.
Please place all requests for help in a public thread. I will not answer PMs requesting assistance.

Assuming you already have an IBM ID and you know the 7-digit IBM Customer Number (ICN) of your company, what happens when you open a new Service Request (SR) as outlined by the IBM SR Quick Start Guide ?Willi wrote:Thx for the advice. Thx. I'll try. We have an IBM ID and an ICN.
