Error getting in Planner after upgrade to 10.2 and restore

Hi to all,

I'm facing a situation that never happen to me.

My team upgraded recently a Cognos Express 10.1 to the version 10.2

We backuped the content store, the cxmd folder (just in case), upgraded the server and restored everything.

The applications worked in a user perspective and everything looked ok.

1 day ago I had to recreate a dim (that serves for approval purposes) and I needed to update the applications. When I tried to get in the planner solution in the portal, Cognos returns to me this error:

An exception occurred on the server. Please contact your system administrator. :com.ibm.cognos.pmpsvc.handler.PMPTM1Exception: TI_INTERNAL[NA | }tp_upgrade_from_v10_1_to_v10_2 | ProcessAborted ]

After this I can't do anything but to close the portal because I can't see any application.

Can anyone help me on this ?
