TM1Web Error: Operation Failed

Hi,

I have a websheet with hyperlinks to open other websheets by passing values to Title Dimensions ( with URL API ). The destination websheet opens in another IE tab (this is not ideal but it seems this is the way it it). But the problem is that when user closes the browser tab of the destination websheet, TM1Web throws an error:

Operation Failed

Do you guys have any idea why this is happening?
