How to run the processes in TM1 10.2

Hello Dears ,

I faced a problem that the TM1Web in the tm1 10.2 not have administration node .

so i do no know how the users can run the processes ?

is the Perspectives the only place which i can run my ti processes from ?

now i created a sheet in the Perspectives with action buttons for all the process that i need to run

then i make it in application as a web sheet and it created a tap like views tabs .
