Problem with Cognos Express 10.1

Hi,
i have problem with Cognos Express. I can't log on into Architect (the application doesn't even start), login into Web applications, or opening Cognos Express Manager.

When i'm trying to open C. Express manager, i get prompt: Waiting for server response, after 1 or 2 minute i get message:
Unable to connect to the server. Either the server is down at this moment or you are experiencing network problems. Please try again later.

For now i check:
All services (for cognos express, tm1 server, excelator,advisor etc ) are ON.
I restarded all services and server but no luck.

Please help.

Hi there,

1. Licensing: do you have 30 days license? If so, maybe expired?
2. Security: What security has been set up? can you go to configuration manager and test if you can connect successfully?

Hi,
i think license isn't problem, the product is in use for months..

The security is via custemers AD, but i can't even log in to Cognos Express Manager to check if connection is ok.
