Not to doubt your question, but why would you want to generate the SSL certificate?
Struggling through the quagmire of life to reach the other side of who knows where.

I must echo the earlier statement as to why you would want to create your own certificate. I have never heard of company setting a security policy that would have them creating their own SSL certificates for third party products, only in-house software. Nevertheless, you should be asking this in an OpenSSL forum. I'm sure they can help you with the steps necessary to create your own certificate. Once the certificate is created you would just replace the TM1 supplied one with yours.

Actually, your question was:maxcoder wrote:My question is : Once I've created my SSL certificate , how do I setup SSL certificate within IBM TM1 ?
which, of course, is not the same thing. Nevertheless, the link you were provided does tell you everything you need to know, it's not just in a neat little package.maxcoder wrote:How do I create IBM Cognos TM1 SSL Certificate with openssl tool?
