Operations Console Setup

Does anyone know what it is about a TM1 service that will expose it to the Ops Console?
I have 1 server with 9 services running, but only 5 of them show in the OC list when trying to add servers to monitor. I've compared the tm1s.cfg files and nothing stands out as an issue, but i also can't find anything in the setup docs that will help solve it. Everything it suggests has already been completed.
