IX conflict encountered during single threaded operation

Hi guys
Since upgrading to tm1 10.1.2 whenever i reboot the server and delete all my Feeder files to start fresh i keep getting this error log message and my server wont restart
To fix it, I found this forum post a while ago and used there solution

I drop this line in my config file
maximumcubeloadthreads=7
to
maximumcubeloadthreads=1
reboot the system it creates the Feeder files. I then shut down the server and reboot after restoring maximumcubeloadthreads back to 7. It works fine
I do not use Conditional feeders just basic cube transfers nothing to taxing.
any ideas on this or is this a well known bug?
