The following error occcurs when exporting from cubeviewer to excel in Internet Explorer using TM1Web.

Internal error occured while creating MS Excel Workbook : COM object with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is either not valid or not registered.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

An obvious but essential point... you're running Excel 2003 and not any other version on the Web server, yes?

I'm fairly certain that only Excel 2003 is installed, however as I don't have access to the server I can't be sure.
