Error-2 Ping timeout

Hi,

Could someone help me with this topic?

I have tried to change preferences in Tm1s.cfg for ClientPingCAMPassport, but this didn't help at all.

Appreciated for any help!

Hi Janecky,

Assuming that you are changing this parameter for a client to keep their passport alive...
The server needs to be restarted again after you have changed the parameter value.
Give the server some time after restarting. My strong belief is, it should work.

If the above mentioned thing, still doesn't work, IBM recommends to upgrade the TM1 to IBM Cognos TM1 10.1.1 or IBM Cognos TM1 9.5.2 FP3 (if you have still not upgraded). Please see the below link
